BMP2Tile (macOS) — source

The GUI and CLI entry points, the SDL3/ImGui app shell, and the conversion core underneath both of them. third_party/ (Dear ImGui, stb_image) is left out — it's vendored, not written here. Makefile, README.md and the rest of the repo are on GitHub.
